Last updated: May 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Dispatcher365 ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information. Dispatcher365 is the business name used for our services and should match the name on our Zoom account and carrier-regulated messaging registration. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our carriers, brokers, and drivers. This Policy applies when you use our Transportation Management System (TMS), landing pages, mobile applications, and SMS or other messaging channels we operate.

- Fleet & Asset Data: Truck profiles, VINs, maintenance logs, and trailer specifications.
- Location Data: We collect precise live location data from drivers via our mobile applications to facilitate real-time tracking, route optimization, and load status updates. This may be collected in the background even when the app is closed.
- Logistics Data: Carrier agreements, load details, pickup/delivery timestamps, and broker information.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device information gathered via our web and mobile platforms.

SMS and Mobile Information (Carrier / 10 DLC)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Without limiting the rest of this Policy, we do not sell your personal data. Phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and related mobile program information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use vetted service providers (for example, telecommunications or hosting vendors) strictly to transmit messages, validate numbers, or operate our platform on our behalf.
