Trucking business services

The paperwork behind your trucks, handled by people who know it.

Authority filings, permits and IFTA, broker platform approvals, Amazon Relay onboarding, monthly books, driver files and audit prep — priced per service, with government fees always shown separately.

Every service priced on this page — no “contact us for pricing”

Government and third-party fees listed separately, never bundled into ours

Start with one filing or hand over the whole operation

Built by an operator

Dispatcher365 was founded by someone who worked as a driver, ran a carrier, and dispatched trucks before building a company around it.

We already dispatch trucks

Dispatching is our existing business. These services are the setup, back office and compliance work around it.

Fees shown separately

FMCSA, state and third-party fees are always listed apart from our own. You see both numbers before you decide.

One point of contact

Startup, permits, freight channel, books, drivers and compliance handled by the same team — not five vendors.

Start here

Where is your business right now?

Pick the closest one and we open the services that fit. Everything stays visible either way.

Optional. Nothing is hidden if you skip it.

The pattern we see

None of it is complicated. All of it stops the trucks.

Every one of these is a small task that nobody teaches you, and any one of them can park a truck for a week.

Authority active, still no loads

Brokers ask for RMIS, Highway, or MyCarrierPackets. You have never heard of them, so the load goes to someone else.

Paid before checking eligibility

Amazon Relay requires interstate authority active for at least 180 days. Carriers pay for onboarding at month three and find out after.

A missed IFTA quarter costs more than the filing

Late returns bring penalties and interest, and a suspended account stops the truck at the next scale.

A missing POD is an unpaid load

The freight moved, the invoice never went out, and by the time anyone notices it is months old.

The audit letter has a date on it

Driver qualification files are the most commonly cited violation, and most carriers cannot produce one in ten minutes.

Cost per mile is a guess

Rates get accepted without knowing whether they are profitable, so a busy month can still lose money.

What we handle

Complete carrier package

Quoted to your operation

Everything in one engagement — company setup, permits, your first freight channel, back office, compliance and recruiting. Scoped to your fleet size and channel, quoted before you commit.

Per-driver and per-truck items are priced separately. We confirm your exact scope in writing before you pay anything.

The process

Four steps, and you know the price before step three.

  1. 1
    Tell us your stage

A short call or email — your stage, what you are trying to do, and how to reach you. No documents at this point.

  2. 2
    We check what applies

We confirm what you actually need and, just as often, what you do not. If something is not possible yet, we tell you then.

  3. 3
You get a written scope and price

Our fee and the government fees, itemised. You approve it before any work starts.

  4. 4
We do the work and keep you posted

You get told what was filed, when, and what is waiting on a third party.

Some filings depend on government or platform processing times that we do not control. We tell you what those are up front rather than promising a date we cannot hold.

For drivers and owner-operators

Looking for a carrier? That side is free.

We match CDL-A drivers and owner-operators with carriers in our network. Carriers pay us when they hire. You never pay us anything.

No fee to drivers, ever

We tell you the pay package and the running before you talk to anyone

Your information is not shared outside a carrier you agree to talk to

Find a carrier

We do not ask for your SSN, licence images, or any financial information to get started.

Straight answers

Questions we get before people buy

No, and we list them separately on purpose. FMCSA charges $300 per authority type, your state charges its own LLC filing fee, UCR is set by fleet size, and IFTA, IRP and HUT are paid to the states. Those go to them, not to us — we do not mark them up and we cannot discount them. Our price is for doing the work correctly.

Some of it, yes. The IRS does not charge for an EIN and FMCSA does not charge for a USDOT number — you can file both yourself. What you are paying us for is knowing which answers on those forms affect you for years, and not losing a non-refundable fee to a rejected application. If you want to do the free parts yourself, tell us and we will scope around them.

Most of it. Company setup is one of seven areas. Permits and IFTA, broker platform approvals, Amazon Relay onboarding, bookkeeping, driver placement and audit prep are all for carriers already running.

Yes. We file each quarter from your mileage and fuel records, and we can track fuel and tolls for you so the numbers are ready when the quarter closes. The tax itself is paid to your base state.

No. Amazon decides. What we can do is check you against their published requirements for $99 before you spend anything else. One requirement catches most new carriers: interstate operating authority has to have been active for at least 180 days.

No. We prepare your records so that what an auditor asks for exists and can be produced. We do not represent you to FMCSA and we cannot promise an outcome.

No. Helping you form an LLC is not legal advice, and helping with insurance does not make us your agent or underwriter. Where you need a CPA, an attorney or a licensed agent, we will say so.

The filing itself is quick. Getting to active authority depends on FMCSA processing, your insurance being filed, and your BOC-3 landing — and FMCSA controls the timing of its part. We will tell you what each step depends on rather than give you a date we cannot hold.

That is fine and it is common. Plenty of people come to us for a single UCR filing or one IFTA quarter. There is no minimum and no requirement to take a package.

No. Carriers pay us when they hire. Drivers and owner-operators never pay us.

No. Dispatching is finding and booking your loads and negotiating rates. This page is the setup, paperwork, back office and compliance around the trucks. Plenty of carriers use both; plenty use one.

Usually, yes — that is reinstatement, and it normally means getting insurance reinstated and the missing filings back in place. It is urgent, because you cannot legally haul until it is resolved. Call us rather than emailing.

Tell us your stage. We will tell you what applies and what it costs.

No documents, no payment, and no obligation. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you that too.

Carriers

We will not ask for your SSN, your licence images, or any banking or financial credentials to get started. If anyone asks you for those to set up an authority, that is a warning sign.
