We've built two specialized service lines — pick the one that fits.
You run 3-20 trucks across the lower 48. You want a dispatcher who fights for higher RPM on every load, plans your week to minimize deadhead, and recovers every accessorial dollar. Available 24/7.
Higher RPM through aggressive broker negotiation
Less deadhead with lane-aware load planning
All paperwork (BOL, POD, rate cons) handled end-to-end
24/7/365 dispatcher availability
You run 5+ vans for Amazon and you're losing margin to driver no-shows, scorecard pressure, and operational chaos. You want a partner who handles dispatch, driver oversight, and direct Amazon-team escalations — so you can run your business instead of firefighting it.
Daily scorecard monitoring and protection
Driver oversight and attendance management
Direct relationships with Amazon's operations team
End-to-end operations, payroll coordination, compliance
Dispatcher365 SaaS is the all-in-one operating system for dispatching companies and independent dispatchers — replacing spreadsheets, calls, and manual follow-ups with one complete dispatch management system.
Load Command Center, Driver app & live tracking
Carrier CRM, document approvals & reminders
Automated commissions & dispatcher performance reports

Four reasons that show up on your settlement statement.
We don't take what's posted. We negotiate. We know broker pay history, market rates by lane, and exactly when a load is worth $200-$500 more than the first offer. Our dispatchers consistently push rates higher because higher RPM is the metric we're measured by.
Your truck doesn't sleep. Neither do we. When your driver calls at 2 AM with a tire blowout, when a broker pulls a load at midnight, when a customer flips a delivery window on Sunday — we pick up. Try us right now: dial the number on this page.
We plan 2-3 loads ahead. While other dispatchers click loads one at a time, we map your driver's week. Drop in Atlanta? We've already booked your next load out. Less deadhead. Less empty miles. More productive hours per truck per week — without your driver running harder.
Dalilah's Law (HR 5688) is moving through Congress. Within 12 months, US carriers will face new compliance requirements around dispatch services — with $50,000+ civil penalties for violations. Carriers using Dispatcher365 are already compliant. We protect your authority by design.
On March 18, 2026, the US House Transportation Committee approved Dalilah's Law (HR 5688) by a vote of 35-26. If passed, it introduces new compliance requirements for motor carriers around dispatch services — with civil penalties starting at $50,000 per violation. If you're not sure whether your current setup is compliant, you may have a problem coming. Most carriers haven't checked their exposure yet. Dispatcher365 is fully compliant by design. Our customers don't need to worry about the regulatory deadline — they're already protected. We can help you get there too.

“Three months in, my weekly gross per truck went from $7,400 to $9,200. The dispatchers actually negotiate every rate. They caught a $580 detention claim last week that would have slipped right past me.”
“I was burning 70 hours a week firefighting driver no-shows and scorecard issues. Dispatcher365's team handles the operational chaos. My scorecard went from Fair to Fantastic in 60 days. I got my Saturdays back.”
“Three of my drivers told me 'this is the best dispatching we've ever had' — that's when I knew it was real. Dispatcher365 actually understands reefer. They book us right, they protect detention, and the RPM is consistently $0.30/mile higher than what I was getting.”
We're a US-based dispatch service serving 50+ carriers across the country every day. Our team negotiates rates, plans loads, files paperwork, and tracks accessorials — all so the carriers we work with see higher RPM week after week.
We answer phones at 3 AM. We negotiate every rate. We protect your authority. And we measure ourselves by one number: how much more money your trucks are bringing in this month compared to last.
If your dispatcher isn't doing that, we should talk.

Everything carriers ask before signing.
We work on a percentage of your weekly gross — typically 7-9% for OTR carriers, depending on your equipment and lane mix. For Amazon DSP operations, we use a hybrid model with a per-truck flat rate plus a smaller percentage. Most carriers see their weekly gross go up $1,500-$2,000 per truck within 60 days, which more than covers our fee. We'll give you a custom quote on a 15-minute call — no commitment.
Three ways. First, we negotiate every rate — we push back on broker first-offers, citing market data and lane history. Second, we plan loads 2-3 ahead, which dramatically reduces deadhead miles. Third, we file every accessorial: detention, layover, TONU, lumper fees. Our customers typically see RPM go up $0.20-$0.40 per mile within the first 60 days.
No. We don't believe in trapping carriers. We start with a 1-2 week pilot using one or two of your trucks so you can see the results before committing. After the pilot, you can move your full fleet over with a simple monthly agreement. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power-only, hot shot, and box truck operations. The only equipment we don't currently dispatch is cargo van and Sprinter van. If your operation runs anything else, we can dispatch it.
For OTR carriers, we require 3+ trucks and an MC number active for at least 6 months. For Amazon DSP carriers, we require 5+ trucks. If you're below these thresholds, reach out anyway — we may have referral partners who can help.
